Fake leads never make it to your CRM.
FormShield asks every form submitter to confirm a one-time passcode on WhatsApp or SMS before the submission goes through. Real people pass in seconds. Bots, junk, and made-up phone numbers never become HubSpot contacts.
Built to live inside
FormShield installs through HubSpot OAuth and places its widget through HubSpot's own CMS API. No code changes, no separate platform to live in.
The junk-lead problem is bigger than bots
CAPTCHA tells humans from bots. It can't tell a real phone number from a fake one.

One passcode. Zero junk contacts.
When someone submits a protected form, FormShield sends a one-time passcode to the phone number they entered — over WhatsApp or SMS. Enter the code, and the submission flows into HubSpot as normal. Get it wrong, or type a number you don't own, and it never becomes a contact.
- ✓ Works on the HubSpot forms you already have — no rebuild, no new embed
- ✓ One-click site activation covers every page, including ones you publish later
- ✓ Per-phone, per-IP, and daily send caps stop SMS pumping before it costs you money
"Won't verification hurt my conversion rate?"
Some of it, yes — and that's the point. When teams switch on OTP verification, raw submission counts dip, because bots and fake numbers stop getting through. What's left is a smaller list of people your reps can actually reach.
And it's your call, form by form: gate the demo-request form where one fake lead wastes an hour of sales time, and leave the newsletter signup exactly as it is.

Questions, answered
What teams want to know before switching it on.
What is FormShield?
FormShield is a lead-quality gate for HubSpot forms. When someone submits a protected form, it sends a one-time passcode to their phone over WhatsApp or SMS and only lets the submission through once the code is confirmed. Fake numbers, bots, and junk never become HubSpot contacts.
Do I have to rebuild my HubSpot forms?
No. FormShield protects the forms you already use. Activating it injects one small script into your site through HubSpot’s own CMS API — that single step covers every page, including pages you publish later. You then switch protection on per form.
How are passcodes delivered?
Over WhatsApp (through Meta’s Cloud API) or SMS (through Twilio). You connect your own WhatsApp Business or Twilio account during setup, so codes send from your accounts at carrier rates — hubglo adds no markup on messages.
What’s the difference between OTP verification and CAPTCHA?
CAPTCHA tries to tell humans from bots — and modern bots increasingly pass it. It does nothing about a human typing a made-up phone number. OTP verification proves the submitter owns a real, reachable phone, which is what your sales team actually needs.
Won’t verification hurt my conversion rates?
Raw submission counts usually dip when verification goes on — and that dip is mostly bots and fake numbers that were never going to buy. Protection is per-form, so you can gate high-intent forms like demo requests and leave low-friction forms like newsletter signups alone.
How does FormShield prevent SMS pumping and abuse?
Layered rate limits: a phone number can request three codes per five minutes, an IP address fifteen per ten minutes, and every portal has a daily send cap. Throttled attempts are logged in your audit trail, not silently dropped.
Is FormShield a server-enforced firewall?
No. FormShield gates submissions in the browser at submit time, which sharply raises the cost of spam and confirms real submitters. It is not a server-side block against someone deliberately posting straight to HubSpot’s form endpoint. It’s a lead-quality gate, not a web application firewall.
How does billing work?
Billing runs through your hubglo account with a secure third-party payment provider. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required — and you can manage or cancel anytime from account.hubglo.com.
