Getting started
How do I set up FormVerify?
Start a free trial and approve FormVerify’s access to your HubSpot portal, then sign in or create your hubglo account. The FormVerify docs at hubglo.com/docs/formverify walk you through the rest in four steps, including how to add it to WordPress, Webflow, Shopify and other sites.
Who can connect a HubSpot portal?
Someone allowed to install apps in that HubSpot account, usually a Super Admin. Whoever connects the portal becomes its owner in hubglo and can invite the rest of the team.
Do I need to rebuild my HubSpot forms?
No. FormVerify works with the forms you already have. You choose which ones ask for an OTP, and the rest keep working exactly as they do today.
Why am I asked to name my portal?
HubSpot doesn’t share your account’s name with apps, so we ask for one right after you connect. It makes the portal easy to spot in your account and in team invites. Owners and admins can rename it anytime from the portal’s Overview.
Your account and team
Do I need a separate login for each hubglo app?
No. One hubglo account signs you into every hubglo app. Sign in at account.hubglo.com, or from any app’s sign-in link.
Invite your team
Open the portal in your hubglo account and go to Team. Members can use FormVerify and see reports; admins can also change settings and manage the team. Admins can invite members, and the owner can invite admins.
Update your name, email, password or photo
Open Profile settings from the account menu at the top right. Changing your email sends a confirmation link to the new address.
Forgot your password?
Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page and we’ll email you a link to set a new one.
Billing
How does the free trial work?
Every app gets a 14-day free trial on each HubSpot portal, with no credit card required. Each app is billed separately per portal, so you only pay for what you use.
How do I choose a plan?
The portal’s owner opens the portal in their hubglo account and goes to Billing. You can pick a plan anytime during the trial, and everything you’ve set up carries over. If you need a little longer, there’s a three-day window after the trial to decide.
How do I update my payment details or see invoices?
In Billing, use Manage billing to update your payment method, download invoices, or change or cancel your plan.
Can I get a refund?
See our Refund Policy at hubglo.com/refund-policy for what’s covered and how to ask.
Fixing common issues
FormVerify asks me to reconnect HubSpot
This happens if the app was uninstalled or its access was removed in HubSpot. Click Reconnect in FormVerify or on the portal’s Overview. It takes about thirty seconds, needs a HubSpot Super Admin, and keeps all your settings.
A page says FormVerify can’t reach HubSpot
HubSpot took too long to answer. Your settings are safe; click Try again, or check back in a minute.
Can I disconnect HubSpot and come back later?
Yes. The owner can disconnect from the portal’s Overview, which pauses hubglo on that portal. Reconnect anytime and everything picks up where you left off.
