1. Agreement
By using hubglo.com, the hubglo account (account.hubglo.com), or FormShield, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Governing law: These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which hubglo operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
2. What hubglo Is
hubglo builds focused HubSpot apps. FormShield, our first product, is a quality gate for HubSpot forms: it adds a lightweight client-side widget to your HubSpot site, intercepts form submissions, asks the submitter to verify a one-time passcode by SMS (Twilio) or WhatsApp (Meta), and blocks unverified or junk submissions. You manage your account and HubSpot connection at account.hubglo.com.
3. Your Account
- You must be 18 or older and authorized to act for your business.
- You need a valid HubSpot account.
- Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it current.
4. Trial, Payments, and Taxes
- New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no payment method required.
- After the trial, a paid subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
- Payments are handled by our third-party payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. It is the seller for your purchase, issues your invoice, and collects and remits any applicable taxes. hubglo does not process or store your card details.
- Prices are shown before checkout and may change with reasonable notice.
5. Cancellation
- Cancel anytime from account.hubglo.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- See the Refund Policy for refund details.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not:
- Use the service unlawfully.
- Resell or sublicense it (your own team is fine).
- Reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or attack the widget or platform.
- Scrape or copy the service without permission.
- Use FormShield to process data you do not have the right to process.
7. Messaging Consent
FormShield sends SMS and WhatsApp passcodes on your behalf. You are responsible for having proper consent from your end-users and for complying with messaging and privacy laws (for example TCPA, GDPR, CASL) and with Twilio's and WhatsApp's terms. You decide when and where the widget is deployed.
8. Your Data and Our Role
- For end-user data processed through FormShield (phone numbers, submissions), you are the data controller and hubglo is the processor. See the Privacy Policy. A DPA is available on request.
- You keep all rights to your HubSpot and customer data, and grant us only the access needed to run the service.
- Any feedback you share may be used to improve the product.
9. Third-Party Dependencies
FormShield depends on HubSpot, Twilio, and Meta/WhatsApp. If any of them change, restrict, or interrupt their service, FormShield may be affected. We are not responsible for outages or changes at those providers, or for your HubSpot account.
10. As Is, and Liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, hubglo's total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
11. Responsibility for Claims
You are responsible for claims that arise from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your processing of end-user data without a proper legal basis or consent.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, do not pay, or use the service unlawfully. When access ends, export anything you need first.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email, and continued use means you accept them.
14. Severability
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
