Add FormVerify to Google Tag Manager
Use this if your site already loads Google Tag Manager.
- 1 In FormVerify, go to Site, choose Another website and click the copy button next to the snippet.
- 2 In Google Tag Manager, go to Tags → New.
- 3 Choose Tag configuration → Custom HTML and paste the FormVerify snippet.
- 4 Choose Triggering → All Pages.
- 5 Name the tag “FormVerify”, click Save, then Submit and Publish.
- 6 Open a page with your form. Within a minute it appears in FormVerify under Site → Pages where FormVerify loaded.
Which forms it covers
HubSpot forms embedded with HubSpot’s embed code, made in the legacy form editor. Then switch each one on in FormVerify → Forms. Forms Google Tag Manager builds itself aren’t covered.
